I am no longer offering Wedding photography.

General information:

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to officially book me as your photographer. It is included in the total price of your wedding photos. If paying by check, please make check out to Lelia Garcia, and put in the memo wedding photos for your records. My mailing address is 58 E. New Haven St., Bloomville, OH 44818. Home phone is 419-983-2006, cell phone is 419-706-4678. I photo copy the check before cashing as well. Cash is welcome and can be paid when you come in for your mini engagement photo session. Payment through paypal is free when using my email meowmomwow@yahoo.com.

Included in the price of your wedding photos is a mini engagement session at my home studio in Bloomville. You will get high resolution digital, edited photos on a cd with a release to print. By appointment only, please call to schedule.

Prices:

Wedding photos: $800

You get up to 2 hours before the ceremony photo coverage, ceremony, post ceremony photos of family and wedding party as well as romantic photos of the bride and groom. Reception coverage includes any scheduled events and requests. You will receive digital files on a cd of your edited wedding day photos with a print release. In addition to the photo cd, I will copy the edited photos to a provided flash drive at no additional cost.

Optional prints in a photo album: $200

Style and design is appropriate and chosen by myself unless you have a provided album. Typically there will be 300-500 prints. This number varies due to requested photos, wedding party and family size.

Extra copies of the wedding photo cd with a release to print: $25

Optional second photographer: $200 (This is currently not available)

You will have a better coverage of different vantage points of the day's events. This person will also serve an an assistant to myself and makes the photography aspect of the day go much smoother.

Optional assistant to the photographer: $50

This person is present for before, during and after the ceremony. Typically they don't need to assist for the reception, but usually comes with me. They will help coordinate and assist in the photography aspect of the day.
 

Payments:
 

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to book me as your photographer and is to be paid prior to the mini engagement session. The remaining balance is due up to one week before the wedding. Please make any check out to Lelia Garcia and put in the notes the amount paid and balance due. This will be your receipt. Cash or paypal is also accepted. My paypal link is under the payment tab. A receipt is also available upon request.

If a copy of your wedding invitation is available, I would like to have one for my file.

This is the formal list of pricing, my contact information and what you can expect of me as your official wedding photographer. Feel free to ask any questions. All prices are subject to change and prior arrangements are at my discretion.

This payment deadline is strictly enforced. A late fee of $50 per day will be added for each day.

If payment has not been made, I will not attend and any payments are forfeited. 

All photos are copyright and I have the option to use any image for advertising purposes.
